1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the vsjili website and gaming platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

vsjili reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account and use the Platform. vsjili operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is licensed to provide online gaming services exclusively within the territory of the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age, that you are physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and each time you access the Platform, and that you are not barred from using online gaming services under Philippine law or any other applicable jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You must immediately update your account information if any changes occur.

vsjili reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify vsjili immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

vsjili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account if such use occurs due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to register and maintain only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your vsjili account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer, and other approved payment channels. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the Platform.

Deposited funds are held in Philippine Pesos (PHP) in segregated accounts and are used exclusively for wagering on games offered by vsjili. Deposits are non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of verified payment processing errors attributable to vsjili.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your account balance at any time, subject to identity verification, compliance with these Terms, and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received and typically complete within one to three (1-3) business hours for GCash and Maya, and up to three (3) business days for bank transfers.

vsjili reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if you fail to provide requested documentation or if vsjili suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

3.3 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses, promotional credits, and other incentives offered by vsjili are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet limits. These terms are provided at the time the bonus is claimed and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

vsjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, winnings derived from bonuses, and potential account termination.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

vsjili is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. You agree to provide any information or documentation requested by vsjili to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.

4. Gameplay and Betting

4.1 Game Rules

Each game offered on the Platform has specific rules, payout structures, and terms. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game you play. Game rules are available within the game interface or on the Platform's help pages. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail to the extent of the conflict.

4.2 Random Number Generation and Fairness

All games on the vsjili Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game software and RNGs are regularly audited by independent third-party testing agencies to verify compliance with industry standards for fairness and randomness.

Live dealer games are conducted by trained, certified dealers in professional studios. All card shuffles, roulette spins, and other game actions are performed using physical equipment and streamed in real time. vsjili does not manipulate game outcomes.

4.3 Bet Acceptance and Voidance

All bets are subject to acceptance by vsjili. vsjili reserves the right to refuse, void, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion if it suspects: (a) fraudulent activity; (b) technical malfunction; (c) violation of game rules or these Terms; (d) collusion between players; or (e) any other irregularity.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects game outcomes or bet processing, all affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded. vsjili's decision on such matters is final.

4.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply to certain games and bet types as specified on the Platform. vsjili reserves the right to impose caps on winnings derived from any single bet, gaming session, or promotional period. Maximum payout limits do not apply to progressive jackpots unless otherwise stated.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

5.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

vsjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. You acknowledge that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a means of income. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

5.2 Self-Exclusion and Deposit Limits

You may set deposit limits, wagering limits, or session time limits through your account settings. Once set, these limits remain in effect for a minimum period as specified and cannot be increased immediately.

If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing via email to vsjili customer support. Once self-excluded, your account will be immediately suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new account during the exclusion period.

5.3 Minors and Underage Gaming

vsjili strictly prohibits any person under the age of twenty-one (21) from creating an account, depositing funds, or playing games on the Platform. If vsjili becomes aware that an account holder is underage, the account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned, and any winnings will be forfeited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, trademarks, service marks, and game interfaces, is the exclusive property of vsjili or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from the Platform without express written permission from vsjili.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any Philippine or international law;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or fraudulent activity;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software used to operate the Platform;
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Platform or servers;
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance illegal activities;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing third parties to use your account;
• Abusing bonuses, promotions, or other incentives offered by vsjili;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players, dealers, or customer support staff.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by vsjili

vsjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide verification documents, underage gaming, or any conduct that vsjili deems harmful to the Platform or other users.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You remain liable for any outstanding obligations, including but not limited to unpaid fees, chargebacks, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms. Termination does not affect any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, vsjili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if vsjili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

vsjili's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to vsjili in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vsjili is not liable for any delay, interruption, or loss resulting from: (a) acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events; (b) internet or telecommunications failures; (c) power outages or equipment failures; (d) actions or omissions of third-party service providers; or (e) any other cause beyond vsjili's reasonable control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vsjili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and vsjili. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

11.3 Jurisdiction

To the extent arbitration does not apply or is deemed unenforceable, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and vsjili regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

The failure of vsjili to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by vsjili.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of vsjili. vsjili may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without your consent.
